Bathed in the spring breeze of reform and opening up, Lao Hu walked out of the University. His green face revealed vitality and irresistible youth. In 1982, Qidong County prepared to establish an installation company, and Lao Hu, a professional, became the first batch of Qi'an people.

Entrepreneurship is difficult and full of battles. In the initial stage, the installation company only had two temporary office rooms on the ground floor of the infrastructure Bureau. Lao Hu and his colleagues were busy in these two huts every day. It was common at that time to wear stars and moon. After a difficult start-up period, the company took root in the Xinjiang market. Lao Hu took a 72 hour train to Xinjiang and took out his dry food to feed his hunger when he was hungry; When he stepped on the frontier land, Lao Hu's feet couldn't fit into his shoes.

During his time in Xinjiang, Lao Hu witnessed the hardships of the first generation of Qi'an people: all cadres and workers slept on the floor, lived in tents and ate Baogu Wotou; All heavy objects are carried by hand and shoulder, which is jokingly called "hairy donkey" in Jiangsu by local people; The on-site safety technology and protection are backward, and workers are injured from time to time... Lao Hu always remembers this time in the office and can't help but sigh: how many are the prosperous years of Kai'an? The foundation laid by the first generation of Kai'an people with sweat, tears and even blood!

At the age of 55, Lao Hu returned to the group headquarters to preside over the office. Although he was close to retirement, he was still careful and meticulous. With reading glasses, he closed the text of each document and stood the last post for the company

Stick to the times ｜ flower sister after 70

Sister Hua entered the company in 1992. At that time, Qi'an was still in the first wave of development.

Unfortunately, the good times are not long. With the rapid development of market economy, the disadvantages of the company's original mechanism and system continue to appear, and its development is in trouble. By the end of 1999, the company had suffered losses for many years, almost insolvent, and even the basic salary could not be paid normally.

The strong wind knows the strong grass. Facing the sudden and thorny enterprise reform, sister Hua chose to believe and stick to it. Many people are skeptical about the reform and lack confidence in the development prospects of the enterprise. Sister Hua ignored these rumors and quietly raised the shares to be raised and took practical actions to support the enterprise reform. Finally, through everyone's joint efforts, the company completed the IPO task of reform on schedule and realized the successful restructuring. However, restructuring is only the first step for the "Qi'an wheel" to set sail again, and capital is still the biggest resistance to development. Sister Hua said that in order to tide over the difficulties, the chairman and general manager took the initiative to ask for only a few hundred yuan a month as ordinary employees; Under the leadership of the leaders, we have taken the initiative to live a "hard life". We can't wait to break a penny into two for office expenses, procurement expenses and travel expenses, and use the saved money for the operation of enterprises in urgent need of funds

In the year of restructuring, the company turned losses into profits and got rid of the heavy burden of liabilities; In 2002, through the efforts of all employees, the company obtained the first-class qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction, the company's business performance maintained an annual growth of more than 25%, and the output value exceeded 1 billion for the first time in 2006; In September, the company successfully established a provincial group enterprise; In 2010, through efforts, the qualification was promoted to grade I of civil engineering general contracting, and the enterprise development jumped to the "fast lane"

After the photovoltaic power station industry became peaceful, the Tibet market laid out in advance by the group took over the "baton" of business performance growth, and the output value ushered in a large explosion of doubling and increasing, which became a new driving force for the company to sprint to 10 billion output value. At the same time, Jinshun, Maosheng international, petrochemical, Hengli, Lexmark and other branches publicize their personality and compete for hundreds of flowers, and continue to build a beautiful Qi'an brand in the fields of foreign investment, petrochemical, electromechanical installation and so on. In 2019, the group's construction output value exceeded 10 billion, and achieved the goal of 10 billion output value for the first time. All Qi'an people were excited and excited!

In 2020, the petrochemical qualification dream of several generations of Qi'an people will come to an end. Qi'an has been successfully promoted to class I qualification for general contracting of petrochemical engineering construction, and its development history has ushered in a new milestone; The outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia and the accelerated development of the domestic vaccine industry have led to the emergence of a new crown vaccine workshop. The group's performance has welcomed the new growth pole of medical purification.
