People's life must go through many "post stations". Each "post station" means not only the end of a life journey, but also the beginning of a new journey. With good hope and the mentality of starting from scratch, I joined a vibrant team like Qi'an group and started a new journey. At such a new starting point, I ushered in a two-day new employee training.

The contents of this training mainly include team development training, introduction to corporate culture, lectures by company leaders, lectures by heads of departments on relevant rules and regulations and their own experience, etc. Although the whole training period is not long, through the experience of just two days, we have updated our professional knowledge, cultivated the team spirit, and had a deeper understanding of the company's development process and corporate culture. I have the following deep feelings about this "post station"——

First, strengthen communication among colleagues and cultivate team awareness. During the training and study, I deeply realized that communication between people, mutual learning among colleagues and team spirit are the key to our success in work. No matter what industry or post you are engaged in, in addition to trying your best to do your own work, you need teamwork. Only when different departments and colleagues communicate, cooperate and unite with each other, can you improve work efficiency and create more value.

The second is to transform themselves to adapt to the living environment of enterprises. On the first day of entering the company, we should clearly realize that we are already an employee of the company. We should transform ourselves through hard work, constantly improve our business ability and professional quality, and become talents beneficial to the company.

Third, start with minor work and actively adjust personal mentality. From school to the workplace, the environment has changed greatly, and the people and things we contact are new. We should adjust our mentality and accept all changes as soon as possible. As a new employee of the company, we should keep a low profile, work hard, take a step back in the face of glory and further in the face of difficulties. At the same time, we should maintain such a mentality: we should not be greedy for big things, be a man regardless of small things, start with small things, step by step, and refuse to be impetuous.

The above is my experience in this training. I would like to thank the company's leaders for the new employee training, which gives us the opportunity to learn, exercise and integrate quickly. I will apply the learning results and lessons learned in this training to my future work practice. At the same time, I will always maintain high enthusiasm for learning and work, constantly improve my ability and make up for deficiencies, so as to make myself an excellent employee to meet the development needs of the company, and work together with all Qi'an people to strive for a more brilliant tomorrow of Qi'an group( Chen Qianhui)

In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.


Carrying forward the glory of military service, we uphold our spirit of dedication to peace and security.

On June 2, the “Carrying Forward the Glory of Military Service, Ensuring the Well-being of Veteran Soldiers” Care Foundation was officially established at the Qidong Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs and the Municipal Charity Federation, under the leadership of Gong Shancong, Deputy General Manager of the Group. The foundation aims to “show care for veterans, alleviate their difficulties, safeguard their health and well-being, and spread warmth throughout society.”


The Group’s Roche Pharmaceutical Project has been awarded the One-Million-Safety-Hours Award.

On June 5, the Roche (Shanghai) Biopharmaceutical Production Base Project (Phase I) held a ceremony to celebrate reaching one million safe man-hours, and the Group was presented with a commemorative trophy.
