I took part in my work in November 1989. My first job was in the current Oracle [安], the install company at that time. So far, I've worked in [安] for more than 30 years. I'm an old employee of [安]. The salary and bonus at that time made many civil servants and professional workers envious. However, after 1995, the company couldn't keep up with the development of the market, and it began to shrink. Some people were arranged to stay at home and only paid living expenses, and I was one of them. When I was waiting at home, when I passed the small product market on the Jianxin Road, I saw the words on the wall, "if you don't work hard today, you will work hard tomorrow." I thought that if I went to work, I would work hard. During my stay in the company, I worked hard to improve myself. I actively took part in the examination and hoped that one day I could be transferred to work. In 2000, the chairman of [殷炜东] came to [安]. He brought [安] out of trouble and brought the company back to life. It was on the right track and continued to grow stronger, becoming a first-rate group in Jiangsu. My dream came true and I finally got my wish to work.

A few years ago, the same elevator with us went to and off work in the same building. Because of their bad management, the employees of the Qi group were reduced and laid off. They tried their best to find a job. Seeing their envious eyes of our [安], I felt lucky that I was an employee of the Qi [安] group. Thinking of the current situation, due to the impact of the pestilence, many companies, such as Tencent, Linda and Hengli, began to reduce their staff. Under the situation of economic depression and enterprise reducing their staff, it must be more difficult to find another job after being laid off. So I have to cherish the platform of Oracle [安]. I'm glad that I'm working in Oracle [安].

In the past thirty years, I had been working hard in [安] city. From the company's interests, I didn't care about personal gains and losses, nor did I feel tired at work, nor did I find leaders for salary and bonus. I strictly required myself to work hard to deserve the current work and income, cherish the hard won work, and do my best in an ordinary job.

The current situation of the construction industry is exceptionally serious, and the new crown is frequent. Before this unprecedented predicament, it is only temporary for us to establish difficulties. As long as we work together, we will definitely be able to overcome the difficulties. First of all, we must believe that the leaders of the group can lead us to work hard to get out of trouble. We must firmly support and implement all the decisions and measures made by the group, and maintain the same pace with the group; Two, you should strengthen your own study, practice hard and improve your business ability. Last year, I was transferred from the financial department to the newly established accounting department of the group, and the nature of my work has changed a lot. I have fully adjusted my own thoughts, and used my original financial knowledge to propose and correct the problems of the auditorium in time. I should strengthen the control and afterwards supervision in the matter, gradually explore the mode and ideas of the audition, and make reasonable suggestions, To reduce the company's management and financial risks; Three.
