Jinsrui Booming is an enterprise with a one-stop biomedical R&D and production platform, which has a certain influence in the global field of biological antibody drugs and gene cells. Qi'an Maosheng International Engineering Branch constructed this major project by EPC, which not only reflects Jinsrui's trust in Maosheng, but also marks the further improvement of Qi'an's construction capacity in the field of biomedicine.

The construction of Booming McAb Production Building is the first truly complete EPC of Maosheng in the pharmaceutical field, which marks Maosheng's transformation from a former "migrant worker" to a "leader" and the top of project management. In the face of Jinsrui's "examination questions" and the McAb production building with complex construction conditions, Yin Weibiao, who "fought for honor" and regarded "honor as life", personally commanded the project team to fight against the "life building".

As the saying goes, things are not difficult until they are done. Song Hongxing, a 47 year old project executive, talked about the "Life Building" as if he knew it by heart, and felt more "bitter" about the fierce battle. Song Hongxing sighed with emotion when talking about the projects under consideration. He said that the project involves heating and ventilation, electrical, water supply and drainage, process, vacuum, waste liquid recovery, decoration, cleaning and other systems. The construction period is extremely tight, the construction is difficult, and the quality and safety requirements are high.

On February 19, the project officially started construction, but it did not occur that due to the 3.8 fire incident and epidemic situation in Zhenjiang New Area, project personnel, materials and equipment were seriously affected. In Yin Weibiao's words, this project has encountered all kinds of difficulties.

Only four months of actual time was used to effectively solve the construction problems of the "Life Building" and achieve the construction nodes scheduled by the owner on time.

——Apply for self isolation points to mitigate epidemic risk. "I sometimes call President Yin at midnight!" During the period of epidemic disturbance, Song Hongxing and his colleagues visited isolation points that could be used. They repeatedly contacted, communicated and negotiated with the village committee and epidemic prevention department of the project site day and night. Finally, they found three isolation points near the project. They also applied for the construction of the first self isolation point in Zhenjiang, strictly controlled the incoming and outgoing personnel, implemented epidemic prevention measures, and solved the living difficulties of construction personnel under the epidemic.

——Give full play to Maosheng's factory prefabrication ability to solve the problem of idling workers. At the beginning of March, a construction team of 550 people gathered in the project, which caused serious slowdown. In this special period, Maosheng factory prefabrication played a special role. In recent years, Maosheng has actively responded to the call of the group company, actively followed the trend of building modernization, and built assembly bases in Qidong and Yangzhong. Faced with difficulties, Maosheng, on the one hand, worked overtime to produce components through these bases; On the other hand, look for a prefabrication yard within 10km around the project department, rent at a high price, and arrange workers to produce.

Maosheng's construction is challenging and difficult in technology, which is due to the great change made by Jinsrui to the function of the life building - from the production of monoclonal antibodies to peptide testing. In this regard, Maosheng communicated and clarified 461 design issues with the design institute. All of these 461 items are related to the construction progress, all of them are related to the project quality, and all of them are testing Maosheng's technical standards. The original design of the project includes about 400 sets of fume hoods and about 1500 sets of universal hoods. According to the simultaneous use coefficient of conventional projects, the total process exhaust air is about 1.2 million. Starting from the functional change of individual buildings, Maosheng technical team proposed to reduce the exhaust air volume by 450000 on the premise of satisfying the use of the owner. This has not only been recognized by the designer, but also greatly reduced the overall cost of the owner. However, Maosheng is asking for "trouble", which further increases the technical difficulty of its own construction. That is, on the basis of optimization, how to deal with 750000 exhaust air? In fact, the reasonable air volume of the project is 400000, while the real building space cannot bear it. In the face of arduous challenges, Maosheng BIM 3D Group Construction put forward scientific and reasonable pipeline optimization suggestions based on its rich technical experience, that is, under the premise of ensuring the wind speed of the air duct, make full use of the space in the beam cavity, and finally successfully overcome the problem, so that the project successfully completed the construction under the premise of 350000 air volume exceeding the normal regulation. These extraordinary technical changes were all communicated with the designer and the owner under the epidemic situation.

There is no electricity, no water, and all the hills are deserted. The temperature difference between morning and night is large, and it is extremely difficult to use water. The water drilled in the deep well is cold and bone chilling, and it is impossible to take a bath; The construction site is full of loess sand grains and potholes. All kinds of difficulties are far more than expected, and Qi'an employees who are used to construction in the south can't adapt to them at the moment. Therefore, Maosheng advance team rented the nearby Jizhong Village and other folk houses, and implemented the basic construction conditions for hundreds of people.

After the brief commencement ceremony on June 20, the war began. "Temporary construction" shall be completed within one month, and "surface clearing" shall be implemented within three days.

At night, the barren land seethed. 47 excavators lined up, one excavator corresponds to two earth moving trucks, and countless iron arms roared and danced; The safety officer took his whistle and waved the sign. The project is a concrete frame structure and steel structure. The electromechanical system involves soft water, hot water hydrant, water supply and drainage, spraying, ammonia refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, air exhaust, smoke control, cleaning, low-voltage power distribution, lighting, access control, grounding, network wiring, security and many other systems. It is a complete "turnkey" project.

With the joint efforts of PM management company, Jianli supervision unit and other parties, the project is in full swing, but the promotion is not smooth.

The climate of Ulanqab often changes suddenly, with sudden temperature drop and large temperature difference. This brought unexpected difficulties to the construction. The ground was as hard as iron, and the frozen soil layer was 2 meters thick. The excavator "gun head machine" crashed down, and there were only a few "white floating marks" on the frozen soil.

One day, there were slight cracks in the trench of the cleaning garage, and the owner was dissatisfied. PM felt embarrassed. Yin Weibiao is well aware that the floor flatness of the project cleaning workshop is extremely high, and there is no room for carelessness. As a result, Yin Weibiao broke his wits and put forward a firm proposition of re construction when many parties were clinging to him. The word "knock" can be heard; A word of "knock", showing the prosperous quality realm; A "knock" won the respect of all parties for Qi'an. This is just a detail of pursuing quality first in the process of prosperous construction.
