I have been working in Qi'an for 31 years since I graduated in 1991. During this period, I experienced the ups and downs of Qi'an personally. In the most difficult period, only more than ten employees in the headquarters had no salary. They borrowed money from the branch company every month. The chairman of the board checked whether the lights in each floor of the bathroom were off every day after work, just to save a little electricity; When a group of old employees were forced to buy out, their helplessness is still fresh in my mind. Under the financial crisis in 2008, the first contract of the year was signed on the day of the mid year operation meeting held in August, and the hardships are still fresh in my mind; The 2018 Wanda accident almost suffocated Qi'an, and the fear is still lingering. Over the years, under the leadership of Chairman Yin, Qi'an brand has become increasingly famous. The output value of 10 billion yuan and the top 100 enterprises have been realized. The corporate profits are growing day by day. The employee income is increasing year by year, and the salary and welfare are higher than that of the same industry.
Now the company is facing some difficulties and problems in its development. We should not only support the company to live a "tight life", but also suggest the company to reserve enough risk funds for emergencies. This epidemic is a great test of the stock capacity of families (including food, cash flow, etc.), as is the case with enterprises. Therefore, it is recommended that we start from ourselves to reduce consumption, reduce emissions, and increase efficiency. First, save water, electricity and office expenses; Second, innovate working methods, improve work efficiency and save human costs; Third, we should pay more attention to dedication and count less gains and losses.
The so-called power is the opportunity given by Qi'an to serve others. I understand that power is a kind of service ability. How to exercise power should be understood as how to better serve the company, in accordance with national policies and company regulations, but also need to think in terms of others' needs, and have emergency service capacity under special circumstances. With such psychological construction, we can really tighten management and improve service.
In my more than 30 years of work, I never did anything without a red envelope. Some company related personnel first considered setting up a card for doing things, creating difficulties without difficulties, and leaving "road money". However, in the same work, I only actively mobilized, gave free guidance, and never set up a card, which was more shameful. This has not only been achieved by ourselves, but also by all members of the team. Qi An has given him a good deal of treatment. He may get a red envelope through "getting cards", but what he has lost is his permanent reputation, which money can't buy back.
The value of a person does not lie in his savings, but in how many people he can help and how much influence he has. In the process of working for the company, I always felt that I was competent for the position, but with the increased responsibility, I felt more and more incompetent. In particular, as the person in charge of a wholly-owned subsidiary this year, I still lacked business ability and financial knowledge, so I still need to keep learning and charging in my spare time. I think only by continuing to struggle can we reap the fruits of growth on the new journey.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
