For us in Jiangsu Qi'an, achieving a century old enterprise and high-quality development is also a top priority. We should earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), constantly gather the strength to move forward, achieve the great cause of Qi'an in the past century, and ensure that the spirit of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China takes root in Qi'an and bears fruit.

Firm confidence and improve standing position. The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that we should build a high-level socialist market economic system, promote high-level opening up, and further "optimize the development environment for private enterprises, protect the property rights of private enterprises and the interests of entrepreneurs according to law, and promote the growth of private enterprises."
