However, at the beginning of the project, the construction speed was not satisfactory. Chen Yu at the site was worried. He immediately reported to Yin Weidong, the chairman of the project commander in chief, and suggested that the current construction organization system must be changed, or else he could not complete the mission assigned by the government on time, affecting the image of Qi'an Railway Army! "The Commander in Chief attached great importance to my suggestions, immediately mobilized troops and dispatched more construction forces from Nantong Company, the Group headquarters and other branches. Captain Cai, the manager of Nantong Company, stationed at the site to coordinate all aspects, appointed me as the project manager, and was fully responsible for the construction progress, technical quality, construction safety, etc." At that time, Chen Yu set out almost every morning at five or six o'clock, drove 30 kilometers to Binhai, and always went home at 90 o'clock at night. On April 5, the municipal government requested to complete the construction task in advance. I called Fan Benhuang, the person in charge of civil construction, and pointed to the construction drawings of the project, asked him to input another set of foundation beam formwork to complete the foundation beam construction 3 days in advance, creating conditions for container hoisting in the later stage. The foundation of sewage treatment equipment is an ultra dangerous deep foundation pit project, which was originally undertaken by the water plant, but the owner asked us to start the construction, which increased our workload. During the inspection, I found that the finished surface of the foundation cushion of sewage treatment equipment was 30cm higher than the design! I asked the construction personnel to rework immediately, and finally completed the equipment foundation construction on schedule, and timely handed over the water plant for equipment installation. The garbage room is designed as a frame structure, and the construction period is long, which cannot meet the requirements of the delivery date. We use the brick concrete structure construction method on the premise of ensuring the quality, and complete the garbage room construction at least 7 days in advance. There are too many stories of coordinated construction!

At the same time of building a healthy post station, Chen Yu also takes into account the construction of Jiangxin Garden White Collar Apartment, another isolation point in Qi'an. The construction site of that project is small. Chen Yu has also made a lot of efforts for it. It took two days just to think about and plan the inbound and outbound lines of containers. On August 14 this year, Jin Jian had just completed the construction of the shelter hospital in Shannan, Tibet, when he received an order to rush to Xigaze City to prepare for the construction and transformation of the shelter hospital to cope with the increasingly severe epidemic situation.

In the early morning of August 15, Jin Jian led five managers to Xigaze. More than 200 Qi'an employees also arrived one after another. The people of Qi'an have been fighting day and night, risking the risk of epidemic and plateau hypoxia. As the project leader, Jin Jian took the lead in everything and stayed on the front line. He worked out plans overnight, optimized the construction process at any time, and coordinated material procurement by every means. By September 15, Qi'an people had prepared to build and renovate 6 shelter hospitals at one go. In addition to the first shelter hospital in Shigatse completed on May 20, Qi'an people had built and renovated 7 shelter hospitals in Shigatse, with more than 8800 beds in total. During this period, Solontaj, Vice Mayor of Shigatse, often called at 2:30 p.m. to inquire about and urge the construction progress. Zhang Yanqing, Vice Chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region and Secretary of the Xigaze Municipal Party Committee, also visited the construction site, was very satisfied with the construction progress and quality of Qi'an, and gave a thumbs up to praise Qi'an. While Jin Jian and his staff were packing their bags and tools to return to Lhasa, the epidemic was rampant in Lhasa, and the construction team had to stay. At the beginning, the relevant departments also arranged people to deliver meals, but unfortunately, they only enjoyed the "existing meals" for one day. It turned out that the meal delivery personnel were also infected and the construction team was required to solve the problem by themselves. In desperation, I had to contact the nearby hotel to purchase by myself, ask the hotel to process, and then send someone to pick up the food. Finally, the project department had to build a canteen on the spot to solve the food problem of 1200 people.

During the preparation and reconstruction of seven shelter hospitals in Xigaze City, Tibet, eight employees in Qi'an, Tibet, were unfortunately infected. In Ziyu Mingdu Garden, Qi'an employees participated in sorting vegetables for epidemic sites, and more than 200 people were infected.

Jin Jian said that he was very depressed during his stay in Xigaze City. I thought that we rushed to help the construction with equipment and funds in the face of the epidemic, and now we can't go back. But in order to fight against the epidemic in Tibet and cherish the honor of Qi'an in Tibet, I and my fellow workers understood and had no regrets.

On October 19, Xigaze Municipal Health Commission, Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau and other government departments held a grand farewell ceremony for Kai An employees such as Jin Jian. From March 26 to March 31 this year, it participated in the construction of more than 300 isolation points of Shanghai New International Expo Center; From April 1 to April 26, he also participated in the construction of isolated rooms in P2 parking lot of Chongming Flower Expo, with more than 2300 beds; At present, the isolated plank house project in Canghai Road, Pudong, Shanghai is under construction.

Since April 8, Shi Hui, who had been tired for a day, still wore protective clothing to deliver meals to the 48 employees of the "Zhongzhao". Shi Hui recalled that 83 people in Qi'an were infected with this project. At that time, Mr. Gu Bin often called to encourage me and keep me safe. When he knew that I was really unable to carry the beam alone, he personally rushed to the project and fought side by side with me.

On April 26, the project was finally completed and delivered, which seemed to be a relief. However, the construction personnel of the Bailai cannot retreat or be accepted, because Shanghai is in a closed and silent state. They contacted this department and said that they have difficulties, and they could not negotiate with that unit. What to do with the construction team has become a big headache.

In desperation, we had to arrange about 50 construction workers to live on the bus and sleep for 2 nights. There are more than 100 people involved in the construction, from all over the world, including Sichuan, Henan, Inner Mongolia, Jilin and Yunnan. After a long time, the employees are clamoring to go home. At that time, the isolated hotels in Shanghai were very expensive. 500 yuan a night was the cheapest, usually 800 yuan. The hotel cost more than 1 million yuan for this project and more than 300000 yuan for the travel expenses.

The biggest difficulty should also be solved, because employees are employees of Qi'an, and they should not sweat and bleed again. Therefore, Shi Hui and General Manager Gu Bin made every effort to contact the health committee of the employee's hometown to explain the epidemic situation in Shanghai and hope that the other party can accept it. If they can accept it, they entrust others to help them buy tickets, even through "scalpers". Among them, 15 Sichuan employees directly hired buses at high prices to send them to Chengdu.

Due to its participation in the epidemic prevention construction in Shanghai, the Company has obtained a special "peer certificate" issued by the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission and the headquarters. Thanks to this "pass", Shi Hui and others were able to move around in the closed down Shanghai.

At that time, there were 60 or 70 employees involved in the construction of the port isolation point, including 40 or 50 plumbers and 20 electricians. On that day, they set out at 8:00 a.m., arrived at 10:30 a.m., put down their luggage, started working at 11:00 a.m., and didn't have lunch until 1:00 p.m; After only taking a half hour's rest, he went back to work. He didn't eat dinner until 8:00 p.m., and went to work again after taking a break. He worked hard until more than one o'clock at midnight.

Sun Xirong said that he was the monitor of electrical appliances, so he should take the lead in work, and he had to assign twenty brothers to work. He divided the construction team into three groups: Feng Jianchao was assigned to take charge of the wiring cabinet, Yu Junjie was assigned to install sockets and lights specially, and he led a group to install electrical appliances.

In addition to fighting for survival, the construction site will also arrange to participate in nucleic acid testing. However, there is still one person who is inexplicably infected, and everyone is in danger of fear.

What's more, 35 people were infected and sent to the isolation point, setting a record of "self building and self living".

So Cai Hui took the uninfected staff with him and continued to fight. After work, Cai Hui will also deliver food and meals to the isolated employees. To my surprise, only three days later, my antigen test showed a terrible "two stripes". When I learned that I was infected, I felt a lot of pressure. Not only worried about the successful completion of the project, but also worried about the living and emotional changes of infected employees. I was also worried about whether there would be "sequelae" after infection?!

By March 31, the Company had finally completed the construction of centralized isolation management site of Shanghai New International Expo Center. Cai Hui said that at this time, the stone in his heart finally fell to the ground.
