The group signed a cooperation agreement with Nantong Open University to jointly build the Smart Construction Industry College
On the afternoon of June 8th, the signing and unveiling ceremony of the cooperation between the group company and Nantong Open University in building the Smart Construction College was held in the reception room on the second floor of Qi'an Building. Five members led by Lu Yongming, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nantong Open University, and Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group Party Committee and Chairman, Fan Hongyan, Chief Economist, Cai Chuan, Head of Nantong Company, as well as personnel from relevant departments of the Group, attended the signing ceremony.
Before the signing ceremony, Fan Hongyan led the attendees of Nantong Open University to visit the Qi'an Education and Training Base, and introduced the current situation, future development plans, and training and construction of the technical team of the training base.
At the signing meeting, the leaders of both sides had in-depth and comprehensive exchanges. Chairman Yin Weidong emphasized the importance of talent for the future development of an enterprise. He hopes to seize the opportunity during this industry adjustment period, utilize the advantages of the enterprise's own strengths, and find a connection with Nantong Open University in areas such as industry, academia, skills training, technological innovation, and internship employment. He also hopes to establish a long-term and effective cooperation mechanism, and work together to promote the substantive integration of schools and enterprises. Lu Yongming, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nantong Open University, stated that the signing ceremony of the school enterprise cooperation is a practice of Qi'an's core values of "working together", hoping to achieve complementary advantages, resource sharing, and win-win cooperation between the school and enterprise through in-depth cooperation.
At the invitation of Chairman Yin, Secretary Lu Yongming and his delegation also visited the "Walking Together" exhibition hall, observed the operation of the smart construction site real-time management platform, and highly praised the information management of the group company. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
