During the activity, the person in charge of the installation department explained safety knowledge, laws and regulations, and practical operations through a manga, which was easy to understand; The head of the engineering department elaborated on the responsibilities of the technical positions in the project department based on his own growth experience, and explained the learning goals and directions for growth at each stage; The person in charge of the Enterprise Management Department provided a detailed introduction on the assessment of professional titles and the certification of vocational qualification exams; The person in charge of the Human Resources Department provided a detailed explanation on the company profile, company rules and regulations, and the city's talent policy.
