Recently, the group company successfully won the bid for the renovation project of Yifeng Plaza Commercial Comprehensive Project of Shanghai Hongsheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., with a winning amount exceeding 450 million yuan. The project is located in the bustling North Bund area of Shanghai. The main building is divided into 3 underground floors and 31 above ground floors. The renovation project mainly includes civil engineering, water and electricity renovation, batch fine decoration, and public area decoration, which are constructed by the Group's Jincheng Branch. Yuan Hongzhong, the person in charge of the branch, confidently stated that he is currently mobilizing the company's elite personnel to form a project team. After entering the site, he will promote the construction of the project through careful planning, scientific construction, high standards, and strict requirements, ensuring that the project is turned into a high-quality project and contributing to the resilient development of the group company with sincere efforts.
