The project is located in the bustling North Bund area of Shanghai. The main building is divided into 3 underground floors and 31 above ground floors. The renovation project mainly includes civil engineering, water and electricity renovation, batch fine decoration, and public area decoration, which are constructed by the Group's Jincheng Branch.
