On April 28, the Third Enlarged Council Meeting of the Seventh Session of the Nantong Construction Industry Association was successfully held at the Nantong Jinshi International Hotel, with Cai Ting, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company, in attendance.
The meeting invited Ji Xun, Deputy Director of the Expert Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Construction Industry Association, to deliver a special lecture. He provided an in-depth analysis of the current development landscape and the directions for reform and innovation in the construction industry, and systematically interpreted the spirit of the province-wide policy documents on the transformation and upgrading of the construction sector, thereby clarifying the thinking and charting the course for enterprises’ transformation and development. The meeting also conducted a comprehensive review of past work and outlined the priorities for industry services in the new phase. In addition, all delegates deliberated on the Association’s 2025 Work Report, the Annual Financial Statement, and related proposals.
Company representatives in attendance meticulously studied the conference agenda, gaining a deep understanding of the industry’s latest policy directions and development trends. They actively exchanged experiences with their peers, pledging to seize the opportunities presented by the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry by continuously strengthening technological innovation, ensuring superior project quality, enhancing the company’s brand image, and upholding the spirit of Nantong’s renowned “Iron Army” in construction—thereby contributing to the higher-quality development of Nantong’s construction sector. The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The Group’s Pudong Airport West Cargo Area Integrated Energy Station Project Has Undergone Completion Acceptance and Been Delivered for Use.

In late April, the vehicle-based integrated energy service station project in the West Cargo Area of Shanghai Pudong International Airport, undertaken by the Group, successfully passed the handover inspection, and the hydrogen-fueling equipment has officially entered the installation phase.
