The Group Company is holding a “Indigo Dyes the Bloom of Youth, Intangible Heritage Nourishes Our Original Aspiration” event to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8.
The spring breeze brings warmth, and blossoms of youthful beauty are in full bloom. As the 116th International Women’s Day on March 8 approaches, the Group has organized an intangible cultural heritage blue‑printed cloth experience for its female employees, showcasing the charm of women in the new era through meticulous, handcrafted artistry.
At the event, the female employees listened attentively to the detailed explanations given by the intangible cultural heritage inheritor of indigo-printed cloth, carefully observing the production process. They were deeply captivated by the traditional patterns that blended blue and white in a simple yet elegant and refreshing style. During the hands‑on experience, everyone personally tried their hand at tie-dyeing, patiently working step by step—from selecting the fabric and applying the dye to drying and hanging it up—ultimately creating one-of-a-kind pieces. In addition, they meticulously crafted exquisite little pendants imbued with auspicious symbolism for the Year of the Horse using traditional indigo-printed cloth. The atmosphere at the scene was warm and lively, filled with cheerful laughter and joyful chatter.
This event seamlessly blends intangible cultural heritage with festive celebrations, enriching the spiritual and cultural lives of female employees while allowing them to experience up close the unique charm of China’s outstanding traditional culture. As they relax both body and mind, they also strengthen their cultural confidence and national pride. Moving forward, they will embrace their roles with greater enthusiasm and a more spirited attitude, fulfilling their duties and responsibilities with unwavering dedication, and using the strength of women to write new chapters.
