The Group Company held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony.
On the afternoon of February 13 (the 26th day of the 12th lunar month), the Group held its 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony in the conference hall on the fourth floor of Qian’an Building. Attendees included mid-level and senior officials from the Group’s headquarters, regional offices, and directly affiliated units, as well as heads of various branch companies and recipients of awards.
In his speech, Yin Weidong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group Corporation, pointed out: In 2025, facing unprecedented operational pressures and daunting risks and challenges, the dedicated and responsible team members of Qian'an stood firm with unwavering conviction and unyielding resilience, weathering the fiercest storms and turbulent waves. Despite these formidable obstacles, they maintained steady growth in construction output value and newly signed contract amounts; effectively advanced efforts in debt collection and risk mitigation; and continuously enhanced their performance in quality improvement, safety management, enterprise governance, and cultural development. As a result, they successfully achieved their established resilience development goals, and the banner of Qian'an continues to fly high even amidst the biting cold winds!
Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group Company, read out the commendation decisions. The conference solemnly honored various advanced collectives—including the “Outstanding Contribution Award,” the “Annual Major Contribution Award,” the “Comprehensive Strength Award,” the “Responsibility and Dedication Award,” the “Advanced Project Department,” the “Advanced Regional Company,” the “Advanced Department at Headquarters,” and the “Advanced Party Branch”—as well as outstanding individuals such as the “Person of the Year,” the “Leading Figure,” the “Outstanding Project Manager,” the “Outstanding Safety and Quality Manager,” the “Excellent Employee,” the “Pioneer in Key Tasks,” and the “Outstanding Communist Party Member.” Award-winning representatives Chen Fei, Yin Weibiao, Huang Lin, Yu Jin, Xu Hao, and Huang Chunlei delivered heartfelt acceptance speeches.
Zhang Xiaofeng, Deputy Director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Qidong City, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, encouraging Jiangsu Qian’an to seize strategic opportunities, optimize its industrial structure, and strengthen its corporate foundations, thus making new contributions to building Qidong into a strong city in the construction sector.
The conference also screened the group’s annual feature film, “Dian Jing: Qi’an,” which vividly showcased Qi’an’s vibrant and remarkable year. The event was interspersed with exciting cultural and artistic performances. (Office)

Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange
On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Cai Ting and Gao Mingmin, Deputy General Managers of the Group, also attended the event.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
