The citation for the award presented to the Outstanding Safety and Quality Manager of the Year is: —— In managing projects, quality comes first. You’re always meticulous down to the smallest detail, striving for perfection and constantly tightening every single screw. When it comes to safe construction, you put “strictness” above all else. You’re always careful and cautious, constantly sounding the alarm, and seamlessly integrating safety standards into the daily behaviors of your team members. Because more than anyone else, you understand: quality and safety are the two fundamental pillars that underpin Qian’an’s resilient development!
