The Group’s Dafeng Port Digital Intelligence Industry 350MW New-Type Fishery-Solar Integrated Project Tackles Challenges Amid Cold Weather.

In the depths of winter, the northern Jiangsu region is swept by biting cold winds and blanketed in ice and snow. Yet nearly a hundred Qian’an employees remain steadfastly stationed at the construction site of the 350 MW next-generation fishery-solar integrated project in Dafeng Port, braving frost and enduring the cold as they wholeheartedly push forward with the project’s development. The 350 MW next-generation integrated fishery-solar power project in Dafeng Port is located on saline-alkali tidal flats in Dafeng Port, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. The project covers an area of over 4,000 mu and comprises a total of 166 ponds. It will require approximately 200,000 meters of PHC piles, about 25,000 tons of steel, and roughly 570,000 bifacial double-glass monocrystalline silicon modules with a capacity of 715 Wp (N-type). The project is being developed and constructed by the Jinhé Photovoltaic Branch of the Group. Construction activities include site leveling, pond embankment renovation, pile foundation work, lifting and installation of steel beams and purlins, installation of inverters and switchgear substations, laying of high- and low-voltage cables, and construction of a 220 kV step-up substation. The total estimated investment exceeds 1 billion yuan. Upon completion, the project is expected to generate 447.021 million kWh of electricity annually. Unlike conventional photovoltaic power plants, this project innovatively integrates new-energy power generation with high-quality aquaculture in an efficient manner, achieving a three-dimensional, composite utilization model of "green power generation on the panels and aquaculture beneath them." It has become a key demonstration project locally, driving the integration and development of green energy with modern agriculture. Moreover, it has been designated by higher authorities as a showcase project for the 2026 provincial spring scheduled major observation event—carrying great responsibility and a glorious mission! Currently, the project team has successfully completed over 15,000 meters of pile foundation work in 13 model zones, as well as the foundation work for the exhibition area and the steel structure construction for two model zones. The team is fully capable of ensuring that the high-standard, exemplary model projects and the exhibition area will be smoothly completed by March, adding yet another benchmark project for the Group in the new energy sector.
