Time flies, and the seasons pass swiftly; as the new year begins, everything is renewed. As we welcome the arrival of the 2026 New Year’s Day, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Party and government leaders at all levels, competent authorities in various industries, people from all sectors of society, and our numerous partners who have long shown concern for and supported the development of Jiangsu Qian’an. I also extend warm greetings and best wishes to every member of the Qian’an family!
The year 2025, just past, was an exceptionally extraordinary one. Amidst a severe situation marked by market downturns and overlapping risks, we successfully weathered the stormy challenges, steadily and effectively advancing all our tasks and firmly anchoring the Group’s economic foundation. Even in these trying times, Qian’an remains full of vitality, undiminished in energy, and still brimming with hope—its banner continues to flutter proudly in the biting cold wind!
Faced with an increasingly sluggish market environment, we haven’t succumbed to discouragement or negativity. Instead, we’ve pressed forward with courage and deepened our commitment. After weathering the storms and sifting through the sand, many outstanding branch companies have emerged as vital pillars, achieving remarkable success in foreign investment, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, new energy, and along the Belt and Road Initiative routes. These projects are brimming with highlights, laying a solid foundation for the Group’s efforts to turn crisis into opportunity and ensure its survival. I’m truly proud of and applaud the people of Qian’an! This past year has been especially challenging and demanding for everyone at Qian’an. We’ve forged ahead despite mountains and built bridges over rivers, effectively containing the spillover risks from the Second Construction Company and safeguarding the Group’s economic lifeline. Those moments of hardship and struggle remain etched deeply in our memories. In the face of a tough and complex industry landscape, Qian’an employees have demonstrated extraordinary resilience and diligence, obeying the bigger picture, showing understanding and tolerance, standing together through thick and thin, and offering heartfelt support and relief—actions that have moved us to tears. Throughout this year, Qian’an employees have displayed exceptional dedication and focus on craftsmanship, achieving remarkable innovation and excellence. Moreover, Qian’an’s culture has continued to shine brightly, with acts of kindness warming even the most remote corners of the country. Our earthquake relief efforts in Shigatse received high praise from CCTV; and the “Walking Together” exhibition hall has become a model unit for local Party building, earning acclaim from all quarters!
Year after year, this is the eternal ebb and flow of the vast cosmic expanse; the rise and fall of the tides reflect the rhythm of all things’ development. 2026 marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. With profound adjustments in the macroeconomy and accelerated evolution in the construction industry, China’s economic potential will surely be further unleashed. Both enterprises and individuals will find themselves facing new development opportunities across an ever-expanding array of fields. The coming year is a pivotal one for Jiangsu Qian’an—a critical year for turning crises into opportunities and embracing transformation. All Qian’an employees must firmly uphold our resolve to overcome difficulties, earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, and with the tenacity of driving nails home, spare no effort in continuously addressing and mitigating various risks and challenges, wholeheartedly safeguarding the Group’s economic lifeline. We must go to great lengths to consolidate and expand our business markets, firmly protecting our core operational foundation. We need to broadly rally collective strength to turn crises into opportunities and steadily bolster our confidence in survival. Let us rely on reform to ensure our survival and seek solutions through innovation.
If your heart harbors a deep aspiration, why fear the road ahead, though long and fraught with obstacles? The people of Qian’an are fully confident and capable, and they possess both the solid foundation and favorable conditions to forge ahead with perseverance and resilient growth on their journey toward realizing their dreams!

The Jinrun Branch of the Group held a New Year’s Day team-building activity.
As the New Year’s Day approaches, the Jinrun Branch of the Group has organized a team-building event for all employees to welcome the new year. The event featured a variety of fun activities, including board game competitions, dumpling-making workshops, and cooking demonstrations. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant, with everyone interacting and exchanging ideas amid laughter and joy, thereby strengthening friendships and building mutual trust.

Recently, the No. 8 Compliance Zone Construction Project for Upgrading and Enhancing Urban Wastewater Treatment in Qidong City—undertaken by Dongrun Company of the Group—successfully passed its completion acceptance after nine months of tackling tough challenges. At the completion site, the project team received banners from the neighborhood committee’s property management and resident representatives, bearing messages such as “Tackling Tough Challenges to Upgrade the Pipeline Network—Separating Rainwater and Sewage for the Benefit of the People” and “Separating Rainwater and Sewage Relieves Residents’ Worries—Precision Work Builds Happiness and Warms Hearts.” These weighty honors represent the highest recognition and the warmest reward for all the builders of Qian’an.

On December 29, the Safety Supervision Station of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Qidong City released the city-wide inspection announcement for the fourth quarter. The Qilong Daya Market Complex project, undertaken by our group company, was commended as one of three exemplary projects.

On December 25, the Group Company, in collaboration with Anzhuangtong, held the Qian'an Cloud Annual Summary and Exchange Meeting in Nanjing. Deputy General Manager Song Hongliang of the company attended the meeting.
