On December 11, the Nantong Construction Industry Association conducted a training session on the "Guidelines for Quality Management Team Activities" (T/CAQ10201-2024) at Jiangsu Engineering Vocational and Technical College. Representatives from the Group Company attended the training. During the session, Li Zhouhua and Qi Min, both experienced experts in reviewing quality management team activity results, explained, using real-world case studies, the key points for writing problem-solving and innovative projects. They also highlighted common oversight areas in the writing process and provided practical solutions. Furthermore, they emphasized the crucial role that QC results play in the preparation for national excellence awards and the Luban Prize. This training was highly instructive, providing participants with valuable theoretical knowledge and practical insights, and laying a solid foundation for elevating the Group Company’s quality management level to a higher standard.
