Eight employees from the group company have successfully passed the Grade-I Constructor Examination.
In early December, the results of the 2025 Grade-I Constructor Qualification Examination were announced. A total of eight employees from the Group achieved passing scores (four each in Municipal Engineering and Construction specialties). This achievement is attributable to the Group’s long-term cultivation of a learning atmosphere characterized by “competition, emulation, assistance, and striving for excellence,” as well as its systematic training mechanisms such as the “Mentor-Apprentice Pairing” program and “multi-position experience programs.” It reflects the effectiveness of the Group’s talent development efforts and will further strengthen the company’s professional qualifications and market competitiveness, providing solid momentum for the company’s resilient growth.
