The group was awarded the First Prize of the National "Engineering Construction Standards Technology Innovation Award."
On October 21, the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association released the "Announcement on the Review Results of the 'Engineering Construction Standards Science and Technology Innovation Award.'" Notably, the "Technical Standard for Prefabricated Concrete Buildings on Plateaus" (DB54/T0305-2023), co-authored by Jiangsu Qian'an, proudly won the First Prize in the Standards Project category. The project's principal contributor was Shen Yan, Deputy General Manager of the Group Company. To implement the "National Standardization Development Outline" and the "Outline for Building a Quality-Driven Nation," the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, with approval from the National Science and Technology Awards Office under the Ministry of Science and Technology, organized the 2025 "Engineering Construction Standards Science and Technology Innovation Award" (Award No.: 0292). This nationally recognized standardization innovation competition featured rigorous evaluation criteria and meticulous review processes, resulting in winners that predominantly included central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, leading research institutions, and prominent local brands. Since entering the Tibetan construction market, Jiangsu Qian'an has placed great emphasis on technological innovation, dedicating itself for years to the research and development of prefabricated buildings tailored for plateau regions. As a result, the company has emerged as a pioneer in high-altitude prefabricated construction and has been designated as a national-level prefabricated building industry base, making significant contributions to the development of a beautiful Tibet. The standard was officially published on November 15, 2023, and came into effect on December 15 of the same year.
