The group company has been awarded a regional-level construction technique from the Tibet Autonomous Region.

On October 10, the Tibet Autonomous Region Construction Industry Association released the list of provincial-level construction techniques for engineering projects in the Tibet Autonomous Region for 2025, and the Group Company's submitted "Construction Technique for Integrated, Standardized Steel Formwork of Toilet Sump Boxes" proudly made the cut.
This construction method leverages the high surface smoothness and excellent rigidity of standardized steel formwork to create an integrated lifting mold for caissons. After demolding, the bathroom caisson structure achieves a clear-water concrete finish, effectively mitigating the risk of structural leakage while enabling prefabricated, assembly-based construction. During installation, jacks are used sequentially to lift and position the lifting devices at each corner of the formwork. For demolding, a tower crane is employed to carefully lift the formwork away from the working level. The reusable mold shells significantly reduce material consumption, enhance work efficiency, and substantially lower costs. This innovative method has been successfully applied in projects such as Lhasa Ziyu Mingdu, with outstanding implementation results.
The project’s primary contributor stated that they will steadfastly uphold innovation-driven development, focusing on tackling challenging construction techniques encountered on-site. They will actively engage in cutting-edge scientific and technological research, continuously summarizing, refining, and promoting advanced construction technologies and management practices. This effort will help generate more industry-leading achievements, further contributing to the Group Company’s technological advancement and resilient growth. (Southwest Company)
