The dismantling and hoisting operation of Jiangxi Yabao furnace undertaken by the group company has been successfully completed.

The group's company successfully completed the dismantling and hoisting operations of the Jiangxi Yabao furnace kiln.

On September 9th, with the last large steel component slowly lifted from the 6-meter-high base and safely landed, the dismantling project of two furnace kilns on the XY2 front-end production line, managed by the group's Dongcheng branch, was successfully completed.
The two furnace kilns dismantled in this operation are located in the Jiangxi Yabao Fenyi factory, built in the 1950s. The front-end transformation kiln is 60 meters long, weighs about 160 tons, and has a base height of 13 meters; the cooling kiln is 28 meters long, weighs about 42 tons, and has a base height of 6 meters. Compared to new construction projects, the dismantling project faced densely packed surrounding structures, a complex environment, and limited space, which imposed higher requirements on the hoisting operations.
The project team developed a rigorous and detailed dismantling and hoisting construction plan based on preliminary surveys and measurements. After the plan passed expert review smoothly, they conducted meticulous safety technical briefings and operational training. Ultimately, after three days of intense, orderly, and safe work, all dismantling tasks including kiln body cutting, lifting, and transportation off-site were successfully completed.
After witnessing the entire process of this large component dismantling operation, Rick Weimer, Maintenance Director of Yabao Headquarters in the United States, Carmen Neff, HSE Safety Director, and the leadership of Jiangxi Yabao factory fully affirmed and highly praised the professionalism, efficiency, and safety demonstrated by the Jiangsu Qian project team, and wished the subsequent dismantling work a safe and smooth progress.
