On August 27, Jiangsu Qi'an was invited to participate in the construction industry enterprise symposium held by the Nantong Municipal Government in Nantong. Responsible officials from the Nantong Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, Financial Office, Commerce Bureau, Nantong Intermediate People's Court, People's Bank, and related construction enterprises attended. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group Company, gave a special report. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
