As the wheel of history rolls into the new journey of the "14th Five-Year Plan", looking back at Jiangsu Qi'an's achievements during the "13th Five-Year Plan", technological innovation has always been the core driving force behind the company's leapfrog development. This "Chongjiang - Jiangsu Qi'an's Compilation of Scientific and Technological Achievements during the 13th Five-Year Plan", which embodies the wisdom and hard work of all Qi'an people, has finally been published. This is not only a comprehensive summary and praise of the group's innovation practices over the past five years, but also a declaration for the new journey ahead. Opening this weighty collection of achievements, we see not only breakthroughs in construction methods, abundant QC achievements, and innovations in practical technologies, but also an epic of Qi'an people reshaping productivity through technological innovation and empowering high-quality development with wisdom in construction.

The "13th Five-Year Plan" period was a golden period for Jiangsu Qi'an's innovative development. The group's regional companies, branches, and project departments adhered to technological innovation, upholding the quality philosophy of "honoring contracts, keeping promises, doing every project well, and continuously satisfying customers". Focusing on the construction industry's "four new technologies", green construction, energy conservation, and emission reduction, and other requirements of modern construction, they extensively carried out scientific and technological innovation and quality improvement activities. This resulted in a number of QC achievements, construction methods, and scientific and technological progress awards, producing a positive impact both inside and outside the industry, achieving good economic and social benefits, and contributing to the company's consecutive years of being ranked first in the installation category among the top 100 enterprises in Jiangsu Province, and to the growth and strengthening of Qi'an's business and the specialization, refinement, and excellence of its professional brand.

The compilation work was organized by the Group's Chief Engineer's Office. Among them, there are 19 QC achievements, 7 construction method achievements, and 3 scientific and technological progress awards. These achievements are vividly displayed with pictures and texts, showing their specific content, implementation process, and application value, and have strong reference and learning significance. Many QC achievements come from the group company's contracted projects, fully reflecting the "small, practical, lively, and new" characteristics of the quality management team's activities. They are highly localized, widely applicable, and highly practical, making them valuable for promotion. The construction methods, which are "object-oriented engineering and process-oriented", combine advanced technology and scientific management through engineering practice to form a comprehensive and supporting construction method, becoming an important symbol of the company's technical level and construction capabilities. Every year, 1-2 construction methods are awarded provincial and ministerial-level awards. These construction methods are rich in content, technologically advanced, and highly valuable for promotion, becoming a key tool for the company to win customers and succeed in the market. The group's national-level scientific and technological awards are all "four new technologies" with significant economic and social benefits in the electromechanical installation field, and have certain promotion and application value in electromechanical installation, commissioning, and operation and maintenance. In short, this compilation of scientific and technological achievements is both a summary of phased achievements and a display of corporate image, showcasing Jiangsu Qi'an's strength and style from one aspect.

To this end, over the past five years, we have persistently carried out technological innovation, actively improved incentive mechanisms, implemented service measures, encouraged innovation and creation, and actively demonstrated the practical value of technological innovation; over the past five years, we have relied on scientific and technological achievements to successfully win 8 Luban Awards, 9 National Excellent Awards, and 10 Installation Stars, achieving brand enhancement and professional excellence in the fields of foreign investment, electronic factories, biomedicine, and data centers in the wave of "new infrastructure", enabling the company to rank first in the installation category among the top 100 construction enterprises in Jiangsu Province for consecutive years.

Currently, the construction industry is undergoing a profound transformation under the "dual carbon" strategy, with the waves of digitalization, industrialization, and greening surging forward. Technological innovation is endless. This compilation of achievements is both a milestone and a new starting point. The purpose of the compilation is to exchange, to encourage, and to move forward. In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.
