Group company's replacement of power facility license
The "Regulations on the Administration of Licenses for the Installation, Maintenance, and Testing of Power Facilities" (Order No. 30 of 2025, National Development and Reform Commission) came into effect on July 1, 2025. The National Energy Administration automatically issues electronic licenses to licensed enterprises through the National Energy Administration Qualification and Credit Information System. After the replacement, the license categories and grades of the group company's licenses for the installation, maintenance, and testing of power facilities are: Class III for installation, Class III for maintenance, and Class III for testing.
According to Article 7 of the "Regulations on the Administration of Licenses for the Installation, Maintenance, and Testing of Power Facilities" (Order No. 30 of 2025, National Development and Reform Commission): Holders of Class III licenses may engage in the installation, maintenance, or testing of power facilities with a voltage level below 35 kV.
