——Group Company Holds Meeting for Headquarters Departments and Regional Heads

On the afternoon of May 6, 2025, a meeting of the headquarters departments and regional heads of the Group Company was held in meeting room 1602. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Zhang Jian, General Manager of the company, and Mr. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Board, attended and delivered a concluding speech. A total of 26 people attended the meeting, including members of the company's leadership team, regional and departmental heads.

At the meeting, General Manager Zhang Jian introduced the overall situation of the company since the beginning of the year. The leaders in charge of various departments reported on the completion of various tasks, existing problems, and the next steps. The chairman commented on each point and made work arrangements. The chairman emphasized that this meeting was very timely and necessary. This year, in order to survive and develop, the Group Company has adjusted and optimized its organizational structure, established new departments, integrated regional layouts, and implemented a personnel dispatch project system. He hoped that everyone would understand and adapt quickly. The new structure requires a new work state, and it is necessary to accelerate the improvement of the system and further improve work efficiency.

Finally, the chairman delivered a concluding speech, putting forward three work requirements: First, strengthen services with a proactive attitude. Regional and departmental staff should frequently provide on-site guidance to subsidiaries with difficulties and projects encountering problems, patiently explaining issues and reducing remote control. Face-to-face communication has proven to be the most effective way to solve problems. Second, strictly manage with precision. At this stage, we should improve our thinking, methods, and efficiency around the key tasks of the year. Leaders of various departments should increase efforts to promote debt collection, resolution and prevention of litigation risks, project cost process management, centralized material procurement operations, and more personnel assignments. Regional companies should focus on the Group's key tasks and conduct effective services based on the specific situation and characteristics of their regions. The Group's main leaders will personally participate in the handling of key issues. Third, work with integrity and honesty. In doing things, maintain a sense of awe; in providing attentive service, act within limits; consciously restrain small desires, abandon small calculations, and eliminate small privileges. Learn from the lessons of other companies, and demonstrate spirit, style, and integrity through dedication and hard work.

At the meeting, the general manager, on behalf of the Group Company, signed a 2025 annual key work target management responsibility letter with each department of the headquarters.

The Group successfully won the bid for the Zhenjiang Port Runxiang Oil Terminal project

The Yuhuan Jingke and JD Hunnan Logistics projects, both undertaken by the group company, have been successfully connected to the grid.
