On April 19, Jinshun Branch of the Group held its 2025 annual work meeting in Urumqi, Xinjiang, with over 60 managers in attendance.

Yin Weidong, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of the Group, delivered a speech via video, encouraging Jinshun Branch to remain true to its original aspirations, continue to safeguard the border market, and make new contributions to the Group's resilient development; to be unique and proactively leverage professional advantages to expand market share and enhance the Qian'an brand's influence; and to cultivate new talent, achieving the inheritance of experience and skills, forging a high-quality Jinshun team through talent strategy. Song Minhua, Vice President of the Group and head of Jinshun, delivered a work report themed "Improving Management Efficiency, Driving Growth through Transformation, and Striving for the Sustainable Development of the Company," summarizing the achievements of 2024, analyzing management shortcomings, and clarifying the key work priorities and objectives for 2025. Song Chunjue, director of the Group, urged the branch to adhere to "project planning, drawing optimization, sample-leading, quota construction, and process control," while accelerating digital and intelligent transformation, driving "new productivity" through technological innovation, striving to write a new chapter in the high-quality development of Jinshun Branch, and contributing more to the sustainable development of the Group. Since August, leveraging its deep-rooted expertise and core competencies in industrial installation, the Group has successively won bids for five key projects in emerging productivity fields, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 250 million, injecting robust momentum into its resilient year‑end performance.


Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.
