The Group conducted a flying inspection of projects under construction in the Suzhou area
From April 15th to 17th, the Group conducted a flying inspection of six projects under construction in the Suzhou area, including Changshu Huayu Vision. The inspection team went deep into the construction sites and, through discussions, work inquiries, document review, and on-site inspections, carefully checked the project plans, technical briefings, material entry acceptance, special equipment control, and project entities. Specific time-limited rectification measures were proposed for the problems found. At the same time, the inspection team required the inspected project departments to enhance quality awareness, improve process control, promote technological innovation, and strengthen cost management, continuously strengthening project control to promote efficiency improvement and contribute to the resilient development of the Group. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
