1, Jinguang Branch

Jinguang Branch was established in 2016, with Chen Bihua as the person in charge. In previous years, it mainly undertook real estate business for Country Garden, but with the decline in operations and industry competition, several projects such as Baohua and Fengxian had their funds frozen, accumulating to as much as 13 million. Faced with the huge amount of frozen funds, Jinguang Branch did not give up but chose to take responsibility actively. They borrowed funds from various sources and even used their daughter's property to secure a bank loan, managing to cover over 13 million, truly embodying the spirit of "my responsibility, I take it; my risk, I handle it," showcasing a good image and character of Qian'an.

2, Jiepu Branch

Jiepu Branch was established in April 2022, with Huang Lin as the person in charge. Jiepu is brave in exploring the local market, securing multiple EPC projects in 2024 and achieving provincial construction standardization star-rated construction sites, playing a key role in enhancing Qian'an's brand in its hometown. What is even more commendable is that Jiepu Branch is willing to take responsibility, face risks, and dedicate itself, actively using various social resources to help the group resolve various risk challenges. When the company faced cash flow difficulties, they stepped up, using local market receivables as collateral and leveraging their own resources to help finance the group.

Like a clear stream nourishing Qian'an, like a thunderbolt tearing through the fog. In the face of huge freezes, you did not shirk or give up, only taking action! You humbly say: "My responsibility, I take it!" In the face of the group's funding shortage, you are warm-hearted, pledging receivables; when encountering dangerous risks, you stand tall! You passionately say: "Qian'an people bravely stand up and charge forward, any risk or wave can be broken through!" Praised as: "Chivalrous and responsible, with a heart of a sword and a lute singing of responsibility!"

The construction industry work conference of Qidong City was held, with Chairman Yin Weidong delivering a speech. The group company received multiple honors.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. On July 15, Yuan Jie, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Vice President of the Trade Promotion Council, led a delegation to the company for a special research visit on the group’s overseas contracting project development. The Kuaike Haofudun project, undertaken by the Group, has officially entered production, and General Manager Zhang Jian was invited to attend the opening ceremony.

On the morning of June 25, the grand opening ceremony of Quake Haofudun Materials Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was held in the Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone. Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, along with Deputy General Manager Shi Saicai and other invited guests, attended the event and jointly witnessed this significant milestone marking the project’s entry into production.

Recently, the preliminary-round results of the province-wide construction‑site safety production knowledge competition were officially announced. The Group achieved an outstanding team performance, with six participants ranking in the top ten, placing first among all construction enterprises in the province.

The Group’s Roche Pharmaceutical project employs air‑suspended air cushions to achieve non‑destructive construction.

In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.

On June 2, the “Carrying Forward the Glory of Military Service, Ensuring the Well-being of Veteran Soldiers” Care Foundation was officially established at the Qidong Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs and the Municipal Charity Federation, under the leadership of Gong Shancong, Deputy General Manager of the Group. The foundation aims to “show care for veterans, alleviate their difficulties, safeguard their health and well-being, and spread warmth throughout society.”
