2024 Excellent Party Branch Secretary

Losang Sangdan, a member of the Communist Party, formerly served as the head of the Science and Technology Bureau of Nimu County, Lhasa, and the director of the Non-Public Economy Training Center of the Lhasa Federation of Industry and Commerce. He joined Qian'an in December 2023 and is currently the Party Branch Secretary of Tibet Qian'an Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
During the 2024 earthquake in Mozhugongka, Lhasa, and the early 2025 earthquake crisis in Dingri County, Shigatse, he stepped forward, organized a vanguard team of party members to aid the disaster area. In his daily work, he consciously uses Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to guide his work, plays the role of the branch secretary, and promotes the "Qian'an" brand to shine in Tibet, helping Tibet Qian'an take root and grow in the border areas of the motherland.

Recently, the Group received an “Outstanding Construction Enterprise” certificate from ExxonMobil, a global energy and chemical industry giant, in recognition of the project team for the Daya Bay R&D Center laboratory expansion project for its exemplary implementation of the “Win-Win Cooperation—Zero Injuries” philosophy throughout the construction process.
