The Shanghai company of the group is conducting a safety hazard investigation before the Spring Festival.

In mid-January, the Shanghai company of the group conducted a safety hazard investigation on ongoing projects in the region. During this period, the regional quality and safety personnel visited various sites, including the Jingke Energy Haining Jianshan renovation project of the 15th branch company, the renovation project of the North Square of the Xinyi Taikoo Hui in Shanghai Jing'an District of the Jinrun branch company, the Shanghai Midea Global Innovation Park project, and the hydrogen pipeline construction project of the Shanghai Chemical Industrial Zone of the Dongcheng branch company. They focused on detailed inspections of safety aspects such as temporary electricity use, fire safety facilities, warehouse management, equipment and facilities, safety and security measures during the Spring Festival, and related contingency plans. Additionally, they specifically inquired about the payment of wages to farmers and the accounts receivable and payable situation of projects at the end of the year. The Shanghai company requires all project departments to strictly implement the quality and safety policies of the group company and local government to provide strong support for maintaining safe and stable production during the Spring Festival.

The group company has been awarded the title of "Trusted Service Provider in the Chinese Petrochemical Industry."

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
