Recently, the group company successfully won the bid for the Reckitt (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. Shanghai R&D Center renovation project. This project is located in Building 43 of the Caohejing Technology Park Phase VI in Shanghai, and it is established as the R&D center for Reckitt (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. in China, with a construction area of 6,653 square meters. It involves the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th floors and the roof, including demolition, reinforcement, electromechanical and fire protection, clean rooms, CU, general indoor decoration, curtain wall restoration, laboratory furniture, laboratory equipment relocation, secondary distribution, commissioning, and verification, etc. The project is managed by the group's Maosheng International Engineering Branch, and the project team stated that they will organize meticulously, control with lean management, adhere to quality as the foundation and safety as the priority, and complete the construction tasks with excellent professional capabilities, technical advantages, and management advantages, contributing to the brand of Jiangsu Qian in the foreign investment field and supporting the resilient development of the group company. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
