2On the afternoon of January 19, the sixth congress of the Committee of the Communist Youth League Jiangsu Qi'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the academic center on the fourth floor of the company. Wu Qimeng, secretary of the Qidong Municipal CPC Committee of the Communist Youth League, and Yin Weidong, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the group company, were invited to attend the event, which was attended by 22 members from the League branches of various branches.

The meeting heard and considered the work report of the Fifth Youth League Committee. According to the established procedure, the General Assembly elected Chen Qianhui, Chen Yujie, Shi Huijie, Lu Zhuyi and Huang Haobo as members of the new Youth League Committee of the company by differential vote. All members voted by a show of hands to approve Chen Qianhui as the new secretary of the Youth League Committee.

Wu Qimeng, secretary of the Qidong Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, congratulated the smooth convening of the company's Youth League Congress, spoke highly of the positive results achieved by the company's Youth League work, and hoped that the new Youth League Committee of the company would adhere to the political nature of the League, give full play to the advanced nature of the League, and lead the youth to innovate and create excellence and contribute to society.

Yin Weidong, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors, made an important speech. He hoped that the young people of the company should firmly grasp the correct political direction, strictly follow the requirements of the party and the League; be good at learning and summarizing in their work, accumulate professional knowledge such as enterprise management; have the courage to surpass themselves, serve the overall situation, make more contributions to the society and the company, and enhance their own value. The chairman asked the new Youth League Committee to correctly guide the youth of the company to strengthen political and business learning, improve the service level and execution of the League organization, form a series of brand activities with Qi'an characteristics and highlight the image of Qi'an, enhance cohesion and centripetal force, and create a new situation in the work of Qi'an Communist Youth League. Two QC achievements of the Group have been awarded at the National Engineering Construction Quality Management Achievement Competition.

Recently, the China Construction Industry Association announced the results of the 2026 Engineering Construction Quality Management Team Achievement Competition. Two QC projects submitted by the Group—“Improving the First-Pass Acceptance Rate for One-Time Forming of Exterior Concrete Moldings” and “Enhancing the First-Pass Welding Acceptance Rate for Dissimilar Steels”—were awarded second and third prizes, respectively.

On the afternoon of August 31, the Group convened a meeting of heads of regional companies and departmental offices in the fourth-floor conference room at its headquarters to deliberate on the implementation of the spirit of the symposium for branch‑office representatives held by the Group on August 30.
