On March 21, Yu Shuaihua and He Qinqin, deputy directors of the Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court of Qidong Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, were invited to the company to conduct a special seminar on corporate personnel compliance management. Group leaders Zhang Jian, Song Hongliang, Fan Hongyan and relevant personnel from relevant departments participated in the event.
Based on his rich arbitration practical experience, Vice President Yu Shuaihua conducted in-depth analysis on the key terms design of labor contracts for management personnel at all levels, branches and project departments, standardized composition of salary and wages, legal boundaries for overtime wage calculation, and performance bonus payment compliance, from the perspective of optimizing and standardizing the group's management system, providing a solid legal basis for the group to effectively reduce employment risks. Vice President He Qinqin focused on the problems of real-name management of labor unique to the construction industry, combined with common problems in real-name management ledgers, and focused on explaining the practical operation points such as the scope of legal responsibility for general contracting wages, the qualification certification of the employer's employer, and the standards for defining labor personnel. She particularly emphasized that it is necessary to improve the full-chain real-name management ledger, clarify the responsibilities of general contracting and subcontracting, and effectively prevent mass labor disputes. During this period, the participants also had in-depth discussions and exchanges with the two vice presidents on the problems encountered in actual work.
Zhang Jian, general manager of the group company, fully affirmed the importance and necessity of this seminar. He pointed out that in the critical period of industry transformation and upgrading, building a compliant and refined enterprise management system is the only way for enterprises to achieve high-quality development. He asked the company to establish a normalized communication mechanism with the arbitration court, make every effort to create a management ecosystem of "source prevention, controllable process, and quick dispute handling", and actively build a harmonious and stable corporate labor relationship.
