On the night of February 12th, Qidong globe building was decorated with lights and happiness. The 2018 Spring Festival of the group was held here. Nearly 400 people attended the headquarters and regional companies, the branch management team members, the outstanding contractor representatives, all the winning representatives and some of the retired leaders.
At the beginning of the festival, Yin Weidong, the chairman of the group, issued a passionate toast. He briefly reviewed the achievements made in 2017 and thanked all the people of Kai an for the hard work of the year. He said that the achievements made in 2017 have laid a solid foundation for winning the future. We have the confidence and ability to make the work of the 2018 better and achieve more fruitful results. Subsequently, the chairman invited all directors to stand on stage to express their new spring speeches, send New Year greetings to the participants and all employees of the company.
At the Tuen Festival, the artistic performances of the Kai an people were arranged by themselves. Nantong company and bam Design Institute jointly staged a passionate hip-hop dance "vitality Kai an" by the Nantong company and bam Design Institute. The international engineering branch offered a graceful single dance "Snow Flower Secret Fan". Jin Shun Branch presented a joyful dance "to happiness", and the petrochemical branch sent an impassioned solo song, "the red flag flags". The talent show "Tai Mei Kai an" presented by the company's headquarters has come into play. The program combines classical masterpiece scenes and elements of tea ceremony, calligraphy, Tai Chi, classical modern musical instruments and reading aloud, which fully displays the versatile and positive spirit of Kai an. During this period, raffle links were also carried out to let people enjoy surprises and gains in enjoying the festival and wine.

In late July, the Group emerged victorious from among numerous competing bidders, successfully securing the contract for the electromechanical installation works of a 12 GW per annum photovoltaic solar cell project, with a contract value exceeding RMB 60 million.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.

On July 15, Yuan Jie, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Nantong Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Vice President of the Trade Promotion Council, led a delegation to the company for a special research visit on the group’s overseas contracting project development.
