From the first line of the company to the enterprise executives, the enthusiasm of the executives was high, and the cumulative number of trainees was nearly 500. This year, the training is carried out by the internal lecturers. They combine the practice of the company, after careful preparation, and use the new media technology such as PPT, video and other new media technology to carry out targeted training. The content involves news writing, financial exchange, safety technology management, "project quality safety promotion action plan" and "project planning book". "Compilation guidance" and "BIM primary application", and so on, are well received by trainees.
