This is the second EPC general contracting project that the company has successfully won in Tibet in 2018, and the winning price for the two time is more than 400 million yuan. The bidding time is tight, the standard is high, the competitor is strong, the deputy general manager of the group and the leader of Shen Yan, the head of the Tibet District of Jin Shun Branch, is the leader of the bid group.
