In June 20th, the large inspection group, led by Lu Fei, the general manager of the group, was accompanied by the manager of Nantong company Tsai Yachen, who was the head of the company, and carried out the first stop inspection of the total contract project of the 1 section of the project of the national Rui Chongming 1. The total area of the national Chongming project is 160 thousand square meters. It consists of 37 houses, 38 villas and distribution houses and a number of commercial supporting projects. The contract period is 676 calendar days. The commencement date is September 16, 2017.
At 2 p.m., the inspection team launched a comprehensive inspection of the project. First of all, the project manager Chen Jianhai's overall project, construction progress control, construction quality and Technology (data) management, safety and civilization construction (HSE) management, construction difficulties and green construction, and other 5 aspects of the report of PPT. Next, the engineering data, safety information and site inspection and summarization were carried out.
The inspection team carried out the inspection of the quality management behavior, comprehensive management, material management, process control, safety and civilization management, market behavior and so on, and gave a high degree of evaluation. Complete and complete engineering information. In particular, the safety management has configured the number of full-time safety management personnel that exceed the scale of the project, which is very gratifying to Lu Fei, general manager and other inspection team members. At the same time, the inspection team also encouraged the project department to adopt the way of "going out", learning from the advanced construction experience of the staircase treadle pattern support and the laying of the trough free tube, so as to abandon the traditional and old construction methods in order to improve the efficiency and save the cost of construction.
