From September 3 to 4, the group accepted the follow-up review of "Together for Sustainable Development" (TFS) organized by SGS, an international authority. The heads of departments and departments and relevant personnel participated in the activities. The group accepted the international TFS audit for the first time in July last year, and the company has improved the system and management methods according to the suggestions put forward by experts. The SGS review team conducted a follow-up review of the actual operation of the system and management improvement in the past year through on-site visits, document review and interviews. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
