The Group's Legal Propaganda on Operating Risk Prevention

On Feb. 13, the Group organized legal propaganda on the theme of business risk prevention in the conference room on the fourth floor of Qidong Construction Building. Chairman Yin Weidong attended the event and delivered a speech. Vice General Manager Song Hongliang presided over the meeting. Nearly 100 regional company managers, branch managers and contractor representatives participated in the promotion. The chairman of the board of directors affirmed the efforts and contributions made by the Ministry of Corporate Justice to improve the awareness of legal risk prevention in grass-roots units and to build "honesty and security" to achieve "zero execution". He hoped that the legal workers of the company would continuously improve their professional level and provide better "legal education" services for grass-roots units under the new situation of the development of the construction industry. At the meeting, lawyer Wang Zhixiang, senior partner of Xu Huicheng (Shanghai) Law Firm, the manager of the company's legal department, made detailed speeches on "Business Risk Prevention and Dispute Handling Procedure" and "Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on the Law Applicable to Trial Dispute Cases of Construction Contract (2) Understanding and Application". Wang Zhixiang's lawyer also answered the difficult problems encountered by the participants in the actual construction process. On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
