The chairman emphasized that in 2019, the group should focus on high-quality development goals and the work requirements of the third session of the board of directors, guided by Xi Jinping ’s new era socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics, keep innovation, go forward, stimulate vitality, empower high quality, and share Economically and courageously, we strive to advance the Qi'an cause and set sail for high-quality development. The chairman also put forward the work requirements of stabilizing "three self-confidences", handling "three major relationships" and earnestly achieving "three enhancements". That is to firmly pursue dream self-confidence, quality self-confidence, and road self-confidence; scientifically handle the relationship between scale and benefit, speed and quality, risk and ability; and effectively strengthen the bottom line thinking, normative awareness and control ability. The chairman also proposed annual goals in terms of business scale, brand building, innovation and innovation, risk prevention and control, talent building, basic management, and party building culture. The chairman asked the group to focus on the following six aspects, focusing on the above guiding ideology, working principles and goals.
