On February 26, at the beginning of the Spring Festival, Yin Weidong, chairman of the Group Company, came to Suzhou to inspect the resumption of the Fox Lubricating Oil (Suzhou) project after the festival. Zhang Wei, manager of the Group Suzhou Regional Company, was accompanied by him. Fox Lubricating Oil (Suzhou) Project is located in Wujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Suzhou, with a total contract value of 240 million yuan. Hengli Branch of the Group is responsible for the construction. The project department is equipped with high-standard management team and labor service team, strictly controlling safety quality according to the standards of foreign-funded projects, and has won the certificate of "800,000 safety hours and zero accidents" issued by Party A. Last year, it ranked first in the comprehensive safety and quality inspection organized by the Group Company. Chairman Yin Weidong went deep into the project site to get a detailed understanding of the progress of the project, demanded that the project department do a solid job in all aspects of post-festival resumption of work safety, earnestly implement the spirit of the third shareholders'meeting and the working meeting at the beginning of the year, and tighten the strings of quality and safety at all times to ensure the successful completion of the project. At the same time, the chairman of the board of directors asked the Suzhou region to take the Fox Project as the benchmark, actively promote its project management experience, carry out learning activities in the region, comprehensively improve the overall management level of the branch companies and project departments in the region, and help the group company develop in a sustainable and high-quality way. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
