On March 8, Evergreen Real Estate Group held the Evergreen Real Estate Group Jilin Company Partners Summit and the Rehabilitation Conference in 2019 in Changchun Northeast Asia International Financial Center. At the meeting, Qian'an again won the 2018 Outstanding Partner Award for General Package with the first comprehensive ranking, and Hengda Mingdu Project Department was awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Project Department. Over the years, Jinweida Branch of the Group has adhered to the business philosophy of "honest management, standardized management", vigorously promoted the enterprise spirit of "publicizing personality, harmony with the team, adhering to tradition and advocating innovation", successively built a large number of projects in Hengda, such as Hengda Oasis, Hengda Yayuan, Hengda Mingdu Phase I, Phase III, Phase IV, and Hengda Capital Phase I, and organized regularly in Hengda. In the evaluation of degree, quality and safety, it always ranks first, and has been praised by Hengda Jilin Company. In the second half of 2018, Tonghua Hengda Riverside Left Bank Project was undertaken for a period of 170,000 square meters, and recently won the bid for the construction area of 180,000 square meters of Hengda Mingdu Phase V project. Up to now, the cumulative construction area of Hengda project is 900,000 square meters, which has laid a solid foundation for the rapid development of the group in the Northeast market and made positive contributions. In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.
