On March 24, the Group Shanghai Regional Company held a working meeting at the beginning of 2019 in Shanghai. Over 80 people were in charge of branch companies, contractors, project managers and quality assurance managers. Yin Weidong, chairman of the group company, attended the event. At the meeting, Zhang Jian, the head of the regional company, and the participants learned the report made by the chairman at the third shareholders'meeting, deeply interpreted the spirit of "striving to govern, strengthen management, maintain integrity, innovate and seek high quality" put forward by the chairman, and reviewed and summarized the regional work in 2018 and made the overall deployment in 2019. Relevant functional departments have made requirements on the quality and safety management, operation and administration of the project, and the name system management system of Qian'an Group. Finally, the chairman Yin Weidong made a concluding statement, demanding that Shanghai Company adhere to the general tone of work of striving for progress steadily, make clear the concept of doing something or not, strictly control the quality management of Engineering projects, actively prevent and eliminate bad credit records, integrate and make good use of Qian'an platform resources, further consolidate the basic management of enterprises, and strive to promote high-quality economic development of enterprises. In mid-June, the Roche Pharmaceuticals project, constructed by the Group’s Maosheng International Engineering Branch, successfully completed the indoor relocation of three 13-ton heavy-duty pieces of equipment within a high‑standard epoxy flooring area, utilizing an air‑suspension cushion‑lifting technique.

On June 2, the “Carrying Forward the Glory of Military Service, Ensuring the Well-being of Veteran Soldiers” Care Foundation was officially established at the Qidong Municipal Bureau of Veterans Affairs and the Municipal Charity Federation, under the leadership of Gong Shancong, Deputy General Manager of the Group.
