At 9:08 am, in the autumn rain, the capping ceremony of the Qi'an Building officially began. The group company party secretary, chairman Yin Weidong, general manager Lu Fei and other members of the board of directors, as well as some employees of the group headquarters, regional company managers, Nantong Company, Beim Design Institute, and a branch of the group witnessed the grand capping ceremony.
Banners are displayed, colorful flowers, bright national flags fluttering in the rain, slogans celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the motherland are particularly eye-catching, and the faces of every Qi'an are filled with smiles, and the building scene is filled with joyful and peaceful festival scenes.
In the warm applause, Chairman Yin Weidong led the board members to the top of the building and poured the last concrete into the building. The salute suddenly sounded and the ribbons were flying. At this point, the Qi'an Building was successfully capped and completed important construction nodes.

The chairman fully affirmed the hard work of the capital construction office of the building and the branch of the group responsible for the construction and expressed his heartfelt thanks, and hoped that all the staff involved in the construction will not forget their original intentions, insist on creating excellence and safety, adhere to civilized construction, and adhere to green construction. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
