On the evening of January 22, the hall of Bosheng in Qidong global building was decorated with lights and full of joy. The group company's Spring Festival visit in 2020 will be held here. More than 500 employees from headquarters, regional companies, operating teams of branches, excellent contractor representatives, all award-winning representatives and some retired leaders of Kai'an attended.

At the beginning of the group worship, Mr. Tian xiuzeng, President of China installation industry association and former inspector of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development of the supervision department of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, sent a new year's blessing to the event through video, congratulating the construction output value of Kai'an in Jiangsu Province for more than 10 billion, ranking first in the construction and installation industry in Jiangsu Province for the 10th time. Yin Weidong, chairman of the group company, delivered a cordial toast. He briefly reviewed the achievements in 2019 and expressed heartfelt thanks to all Kai'an people for their hard work. He said that the achievements made in 2019 lay a solid foundation for the 13th five year plan ending war. We are confident and capable of making our work in 2020 more brilliant, achieving more fruitful results and achieving sustainable and high-quality development of Qi'an. At the group worship meeting, Qi'an people arranged their own literary and art performances. One branch presented the exciting song and dance "we are all dreamers", Jingang branch presented the male solo "me and my motherland", Nantong Branch presented the opera "Qianmen love big bowl tea" with different styles, and limondo branch presented the vigorous street dance "just" Dancing, Jinshun branch presented the male solo "listen to the heart" and "get together". Qisan generation and Qier generation respectively brought the guzheng duet "dream water town" and solo "Dalla Dalla". Nanjing company, Jinhui branch and Jingang branch selected the female solo "say love you", dance "happy qiqia Cha" and accordion solo "Qian song". Jinshun branch presented Tibetan songs and Dances "on the top of the East Mountain" and a chorus "frontier beauty" full of national culture and exotic customs, which pushed the Spring Festival worship to a climax. Finally, the 12 Qi'an women workers and their family members sent a grand finale to the new year's group worship, the dance "my country and I", full of Qi'an elements, background MV, light graceful dance movements, fully demonstrated Qi'an Jiali's noble and elegant temperament and style, and won the warm applause and applause of the whole field. Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.

The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
