From July 3 to 4, the group company held the 2021 new college students' induction training activity at its headquarters, which was attended by 16 college graduates from eight universities including Yancheng Institute of technology. Fan Hongyan, chief economist of the group company, presided over the activity.

Through the way of forum, classroom teaching and outdoor development, the induction training has laid a foundation for new employees to fully understand the enterprise, actively plan their personal development and know the basic business process from the company's enterprise management concept, business scope, development process and personal career planning.

At the forum, chief engineer Wu Donghui, safety director Zhang Yue, Chief Accountant Yu Chengjian and the main responsible persons of each department respectively introduced the responsibilities of the Department, shared their growth process and working experience in Kai'an with the new employees, and invited senior trainers to carry out personal career planning training and guidance, so as to help the new people quickly realize the transformation from "campus" to "workplace". Zhang Jian, executive vice president of the group company, briefly introduced the history and current situation of the company to the new employees.
