The group company held the coordination meeting for promoting the management of real name system of Kai'an

In the afternoon of February 26, leaders in charge of all departments and heads of departments of the group company participated in the coordination meeting for real name management promotion in the conference room on the 12th floor. This is the first centralized meeting after the headquarters of the group company returns to work normally. All participants shall strictly take preventive and control measures.

At the meeting, fan Hongyan, chief economist, summarized and reviewed the management of real name system in 2019, focused on discussing and solving the problems in each link of operation one by one, and the heads of each functional department put forward rationalization suggestions. At last, the improvement plan and responsible department were formulated to standardize the project name, merge sporadic projects and implement the project scope of real name system.

The chairman of the group company affirmed the management of real name system in the early stage, and put forward higher requirements for the management of real name system, strengthened the publicity and implementation of new regulations such as the regulations on ensuring the payment of migrant workers' wages, improved political awareness, and required the human resources department to further promote the management of real name system and the payment of social security for the main management personnel of the project.
