The party flag is bright and the atmosphere is solemn and warm. On April 19, with the consent of Qidong Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, the third party congress of Jiangsu Qi'an Construction Group Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the conference room on the third floor of Qidong global building. The meeting listened to and deliberated and passed the work report of the second party committee of the company, and elected the members of the new Party committee and Discipline Inspection Committee. More than 60 party members and 3 preparatory party members of the group company attended the meeting.

At 2 p.m., the assembly opened in the solemn national anthem. On behalf of the second party committee, Mr. Yin Weidong made a work report entitled "keep the mission in mind and strive for sustainable and high-quality development of the group company". The report reviews the remarkable achievements made by the Party committee of the company since the second party congress in the aspects of business performance, brand building, civilization building, etc., by uniting and leading the majority of Party members and cadres and employees to strengthen their confidence in development, deepen enterprise reform, improve development speed and quality. Comrade Yin Weidong put forward working objectives and requirements for the work of the new Party committee, requiring further strengthening of political construction, firming of ideals and beliefs; further playing a pioneering role, helping high-quality development; further innovating working ideas, consolidating the foundation of Party construction; further committed to team building, improving the quality of the team; further bearing in mind the core values, prospering the corporate culture; further strengthening Self discipline and self-examination, building a clean ecological development environment, keeping in mind the original intention and mission, and constantly creating a new situation of sustainable and high-quality development in Kai'an, Jiangsu Province.

The Conference unanimously adopted the work report of the second party committee made by Comrade Yin Weidong. The Congress elected a new member of the Party committee and the Commission for Discipline Inspection. Yin Weibiao, Lu Zhenghui, Lu Fei, Lu Jianjian, Zhang Jian, song Hongliang, song chunjue, Yin Weidong and Xu Hao were elected as members of the third party committee of the company, Yin Weidong was elected as secretary of the Party committee, Lu Fei was elected as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, Lu Zhenghui, Zhang Jian and Ji Chunlei were elected as members of the third Discipline Inspection Committee of the company, and Zhang Jian was elected as secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee.

In his speech on behalf of the new Party committee, Yin Weidong, the newly elected party secretary of the group company, said that he would continue to pay close attention to the party construction work, adhere to the leadership of the party construction, perform "one post and two responsibilities", focus on unity, practical work and self-discipline, lead the majority of Party members, cadres and workers, hold high the banner of the party construction, bear in mind the mission and purpose, and strive to create a splendid tomorrow in Kai'an, Jiangsu.

Deepening strategic cooperation to empower the photovoltaic sector | On the same day, multiple central state-owned enterprise new-energy teams visited the Group for inspection and exchange.

On July 17, teams from several central state-owned enterprises, including China Road & Bridge Corporation, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Company, and Shanghai Electric New Energy, visited the Group one after another. They held in-depth discussions on topics such as bidding for overseas photovoltaic consortia and the development of domestic fish–solar complementary projects. Yin Weidong, Chairman of the Group, graciously received the delegations, while General Manager Zhang Jian, along with Deputy General Managers Song Hongliang and Cai Ting, also attended the meetings.
