From June 22 to 23, four experts from the external audit group of Beijing China Construction Association Certification Center supervised and updated the version of the group company's "quality, environment, occupational health and safety and engineering construction enterprise quality management standard integrated management system". Due to the implementation of two new standards (GB / t50430-2017 "quality management code for engineering construction enterprises" and GB / t45001-2020 "occupational health and safety management system requirements and guidance for use", the company specially changed the version of the integrated system documents. In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
