The first national industry standard hazardous chemicals parking lot in China contracted by the group company was officially completed


On November 18, the completion ceremony of Zhangjiagang hazardous chemicals Road Transportation Comprehensive Service Center was held, which was the first hazardous chemicals parking lot in China to meet the national industry standards. The center is located in Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone, with a total construction area of 61626 square meters. It has 620 parking spaces, 32000 square meters of class C 1 warehouse, waste water and waste gas treatment and other facilities. It can provide integrated, standardized and scientific safety management services such as parking, refueling, tank washing, maintenance, testing and storage for more than 1500 dangerous chemical vehicles registered in the park. Covid-19, which was launched in April 2018, is responsible for the construction of Lexmark group. The company has overcome the difficulties of tight construction, high demand and heavy task. It has been meticulously organized and managed scientifically. In the face of the new crown epidemic situation, the project department has made overall plans, and has made two mistakes in the production of epidemic prevention, which has ensured the smooth progress of the project. The construction of the service center has established an example for the formulation of the national hazardous chemical parking industry standard, and filled the relevant gaps. The national industry standard was promulgated and implemented in July 2020. The China Federation of petroleum and chemical industry, which is responsible for the formulation of standards, highly praised the service center, saying that it is of great significance to the construction of national chemical industry parks, and praised Jiangsu Qi'an as a benchmark enterprise in the construction of domestic hazardous chemical parking lot. Group General Manager Zhang Jian Visits Asahi Kasei (Nantong) to Deepen Cooperation and Exchange

On May 8, Zhang Jian, General Manager of the Group, led a delegation to Asahi Kasei Fine Chemicals (Nantong) Co., Ltd. for a project follow-up visit and exchange meeting, during which they held a symposium with Asahi Kasei General Manager Yuichi Sanro and other senior executives. The Group has won the bid for the Fujian Yuanfu Technology project to produce 3,000 tons per year of high-purity lithium fluoride.

Recently, good news emerged from the southern market: the Group has successfully won the bid for Fujian Yuanfu Technology Co., Ltd.’s 3,000-ton-per-year high-purity lithium fluoride project under an EPC general contracting model, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 40 million.


The Shanghai Wangyuan Building Hotel’s comprehensive renovation project has entered its final sprint.

In mid-May, the hotel renovation project for the Shanghai Wangyuan Building, undertaken by the Group, entered its final, critical phase of intensive completion. At present, all core construction tasks— including the main interior finishing works and the installation and commissioning of various mechanical and electrical systems—have been successfully completed. The project’s focus has now fully shifted to meticulous fine‑tuning, integrated system testing and commissioning, and comprehensive on‑site cleanup and final finishing.
